We want you to love your Swish’In pieces. If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery.
- A ₹99 processing fee applies to all return and exchange requests.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
- Once approved and successfully inspected, your return or exchange will be processed as per the applicable option.
Refunds
- Eligible returns will be processed after deducting the applicable ₹99 return pickup & handling fee.
- The remaining amount will be issued as Store Credit.
- Store Credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used for future purchases.
- Please allow 7 working days for the Store Credit to reflect.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- Eligible cancellation refunds will be issued as Store Credit, valid for 6 months.
